  • Going all-in on building software products (after years of detours through services, agencies, and “internet money” plays)
  • Still working full-time as a tech lead — anonymous until I quit or hit the goal
  • Figuring out what to actually build first
  • Relaunching this blog as the public ledger of the journey

Not doing

  • Services / agencies / consulting
  • House cleaning, productized services, or anything “sales-based”
  • Building an audience first / waiting for permission to ship
